All orders and purchases made through our online store are subject to these terms and conditions. The use of this website and our online store are subject to the laws and jusrisdiction of the courts of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable. The user is required to comply with these laws. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. We deliver in Canada only.

DELIVERY POLICY

Our responsibility is to deliver items as quickly as possible and in reasonable time which is from four (4) to seven (7) working days depending on your area. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties which are beyond our control. All items are shipped by Canada Post and are subject to conditions stipulated in their shipment contract. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses. We are not responsible for lost messages or mail, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or stolen, the unavailability of connections, garbled transmissions, failed, incomplete or delayed, the failure of online communications, disturbances or bad Operating software or hardware or other technical failures, that these circumstances affect, disrupt, or corrupt communications or not. MARCEL JODOIN FOURRURES INC., its directors and employees are not responsible for damages related that they are or are not predictable and that they are notified or not about the possibility, without limitation, damages that occur, directly or indirectly.

All content of this site, including text, images, graphics and content selection, arrangement and presentation, as well as our trademark and domain names owned by MARCEL JODOIN FOURRURES INC. are protected by copyright. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, publish, post, transmit or redistribute in any manner whatsoever the documents contained on this site without our prior written consent. These documents may be dowloaded, viewed or printed only by the user for non-commercial and personal use. THE AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS DISPLAYED

Depending on the quantity ordered, the time may vary. In this case, you will always be notified by email.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You can return or exchange any item in its original state (unwashed, unworn and unaltered) or defective, unless you buy it as part of a final sale. You must return the items in their new state, accompanied by the invoice and the price tag, within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. We will reimburse only the cost of the item returned. We will not reimburse the handling & transportation fees.

IMPORTANT

Summer vacation : from late June to mid-August each year, our store is closed. During this period, no goods delivery takes place. However, it is always possible to go view our online store.

We cannot refund or exchange worn or damaged goods. If accepted, returns will be refunded on the credit card used for the original purchase. When returning merchandise, please keep proof of delivery of your transport company. Marcel Jodoin Fourrures Inc. shall not be held responsible for goods not received or damaged in transit.

Please carefully pack and seal your return shipment. Marcel Jodoin Fourrures Inc. will only accept prepaid return packages. We cannot accept deliveries C.O.D.

SHIPPING, OPTIONS AND PRICING

The parcel usually arrives four to seven days depending on your area. Canada Post will determine the transmission rate when you make your order. Price may vary depending on your region and the amount of your purchases. We ship within 24 hours of your oder and that Monday to Friday.
